Loona Design offers a range of artisanal, hand-poured candles and home fragrance products, including personalised and non-personalised items. While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images, we cannot guarantee that the product you receive will be identical in appearance due to variations in display settings and the handmade nature of our products.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product sold and to discontinue any product at any time.

At Loona Design, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. This includes fast and reliable shipping to ensure that your purchases arrive at your doorstep as quickly and efficiently as possible. We currently offer shipping within India only.

Standard delivery takes 7–12 working days from the date of order confirmation, depending on your location.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
